Annual base pay: $207,000.00–$310,400.00

What you will do

• Manage the Solutions Engineering team for hirify.global’s technology vertical, including performance evaluations, hiring, coaching, work allocation, and employee development.
• Define engineering objectives, strategy, priorities, headcount plans, and organizational structures.
• Build partner plans across professional services, support, marketing, and product management.
• Drive customer-focused solution development, product requirements, customer success, and support escalations.
• Present hirify.global strategy, solution messaging, and product roadmaps to customers and partners.
• Analyze market trends, competition, customer requirements, and product feasibility in support of sales.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree, or relevant work experience.
• Several years of experience managing technical Solutions Engineers.
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and application delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels and persuade direct reports and external stakeholders.
