Solutions Consultant Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; based in Denver, Colorado, with 50–75% travel within the region

Salary: $232,800–$320,100 per year, plus potential restricted stock units and bonus

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, train, mentor, and review a district Solutions Consulting team.
• Support complex evaluations, technical validations, customer problem-solving, and challenging environments.
• Define technical strategies and security solutions across network security, cloud, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and SOC transformation.
• Build executive-level customer relationships, present technical solutions, and support account growth.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Customer Success, specialist teams, Product Management, Technical Marketing, and R&D.
• Drive platformization, customer implementation, adoption, and value realization.

Requirements

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager or Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Knowledge of security product market trends, competitor offerings, and technology roadmaps.
• Experience selling, designing, implementing, or managing network security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, or SOC transformation solutions.
• Experience partnering with customer support functions to ensure implementation and adoption.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a quota-driven trusted-advisor mindset.
• Proficient English and availability for 50–75% regional travel required.
