Maintenance Mechanic

What you will do

• Maintain plant electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other facility systems with limited supervision.
• Perform industrial equipment maintenance and repair for pumps, mixers, and machinery.
• Operate forklifts and highboys and complete training on all lifts used in the plant.
• Follow work instructions, PPE requirements, safety rules, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across the plant and maintenance shop.
• Support downtime maintenance, second- or third-shift calls, and occasional weekend work as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial mechanics, including pumps, mixers, machinery repair, electrical work, and basic PLC troubleshooting, or relevant technical training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work safely at elevations up to 50 feet above grade.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.
• Ability to support a 24/5 manufacturing facility, including occasional weekend downtime maintenance.
