Multi-Site Maintenance Technician (59276)

Location: Santa Ana, California, USA; travel between multiple properties is required. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with weekend on-call coverage.

Salary: $27–$30 per hour. Discounted on-site housing is available.

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over vacant apartments within five days of move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to maintain health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locking, door, and building systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.
• Document completed work and materials procurement while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to travel to and from multiple properties as needed.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma.
