Human Resource Business Partner I-II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned client groups and operational leaders.
• Implement HR programs supporting organizational objectives, engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Support employee investigations and present findings to Legal while ensuring employment-law compliance.
• Support recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Implement performance management and organizational development processes, including training and development plans.
• Provide support for job analysis, compensation decisions, HR projects, and workforce metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR Business Partner I candidates may qualify with 7+ years of experience and a related associate degree.
• HR Business Partner I: 0–2 years of HR generalist experience.
• HR Business Partner II: 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, organizational development, HR compliance, and employment laws.
• Strong communication, coaching, influencing, business writing, analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Must work onsite at the Avon, Indiana location.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial and Labor Relations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
