Associate Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote or hybrid within the United States; offices and listed locations include Kansas City, New York, San Francisco, and Sunnyvale.

Salary: $107,174–$126,087 in Zone 1, $95,718–$112,609 in Zone 2, or $76,684–$90,216 in Zone 3, depending on geographic market, experience, and role.

What you will do

• Manage fintech partnership lifecycles from onboarding and ongoing monitoring through offboarding under the guidance of senior program managers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams, coordinating communication and project expectations.
• Coordinate partnership meetings, capture minutes and action items, and track implementation progress and deliverables.
• Track onboarding activities, open requests, dependencies, past-due items, milestones, and project status.
• Support partner training, troubleshoot workspace tools and processes, and maintain content governance and version control.
• Develop partnership metrics and reporting while providing status updates on achievements, challenges, dependencies, and next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience with program and project management tools such as Asana, G Suite, or Confluence, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, process implementation, organization, prioritization, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external clients in a fast-paced environment.

• Financial services experience at a financial institution or fintech company.
