Senior Technical Program Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote, must be based in Europe; CET timezone

Salary: USD 100K–180K per year, plus tokens

What you will do

• Drive execution across engineering, product, and leadership.
• Deliver cross-functional technical programs and support major launch milestones.
• Coordinate technical vendors, security auditors, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Run lean delivery processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Own delivery across the organization ahead of a major protocol launch.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical program or project management experience in complex software environments.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional technical programs and achieving major milestones.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and hands-on Web3 experience.
• Comfortable using GitHub to read code, review pull requests, manage epics, and make small operational changes.
• Experience managing technical vendors, security auditors, or infrastructure dependencies.
• Must be based in Europe and able to work on CET hours.

Nice to have

• Experience taking a protocol through a major network launch.
• Security program experience, including audits, bug bounties, or threat modeling.
