Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United Arab Emirates; home base required in the country of hire

Salary: AED 320K–445K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own integration project plans for complex enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
• Act as the client’s trusted point of contact, communicate proactively, surface risks, and understand client requirements.
• Track client-specific product feature requests from intake through resolution in coordination with Engineering and Product.
• Establish RACI structures, role ownership, and communication cadences across Sardine and client teams.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Integrations, Solutions, and client stakeholders around the critical path.
• Report project health, delivery slippage, dependency risks, root causes, and capacity needs across concurrent engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including enterprise implementations.
• Experience with formal enterprise governance, RACI frameworks, milestone-based reporting, and structured project management.
• Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to act as a technical thought partner to Engineering and Product and discuss dependencies, trade-offs, and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive stakeholder audiences.
• Must be based in the United Arab Emirates and maintain a home base in the country of hire.
