Responsible Sourcing Coordinator (Remote)

Location: Remote; Flex Designation: Anywhere. Travel up to 5%.

Salary: $65,600–$71,400 annually, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

A national tool retailer offering more than 6,000 tools and accessories through over 1,600 stores across 48 states.

What you will do

• Provide reporting for ESG, CTPAT, supply chain security, trade compliance, and regulatory transparency programs.
• Screen new and existing suppliers for forced labor, human trafficking, money laundering, bribery, corruption, sanctions, and other compliance risks.
• Maintain supplier risk profiles, monitor adverse media and supplier updates, and track risk assessment follow-up actions.
• Maintain product-specific supply chain maps and traceability information from finished goods to raw material origins.
• Collect, organize, and review supplier documentation, production records, and sourcing information to verify traceability.
• Monitor UFLPA, forced labor prevention, supply chain transparency, and responsible sourcing regulations, and share relevant updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance, human rights due diligence, supplier risk management, trade compliance, supply chain mapping, or traceability.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including collaboration with external partners and overseas teams.
• Ability to develop and manage large CSR and supply chain datasets.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong organization, multitasking, analytical thinking, and ability to respond to changing international and domestic regulations.
• Understanding of supply chain operations and human rights in the hardware retail sector is strongly recommended.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, or another foreign language.
• Additional proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
