What you will do
- Lead IT project management while maintaining service levels and user satisfaction.
- Manage site-level Layer 1 IT telephony infrastructure and audiovisual systems.
- Support the site IT network access layer.
- Provide leadership for business technology network switch modifications.
- Act as the primary interface between Information Systems and business power users or application owners.
Requirements
- Experience in IT project management.
- Experience supporting Information Systems operations in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Willingness to provide on-call support and deployment work outside normal working hours and on weekends when required.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience with daily agile and lean practices, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
