IT Support Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite five days a week in El Segundo, California; travel up to 20% to factories across the United States.

Salary: $70,000–$110,000 USD annually plus equity.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day onsite IT support across hardware, software, accounts, connectivity, and conference rooms.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, licensing, equipment issuance, and recovery.
• Deploy, configure, patch, maintain, and refresh Windows endpoints while keeping hardware and software asset records accurate.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration in a GCC High tenant, including Entra ID, Intune, Defender, conditional access, and licensing.
• Maintain network connectivity, wireless, VPN, printing, backups, and physical IT across office and laboratory spaces.
• Provide surge support for factory integrations and special projects across the United States.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
• Hands-on production administration of Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Entra ID and Intune, including device enrollment and policy management.
• Experience using a formal ticketing system and communicating with non-technical colleagues in shop-floor and laboratory environments.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in El Segundo and travel up to 20% within the United States.
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR requirements; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High, GCC, Azure Government, or AWS GovCloud.
• Experience with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, or CUI requirements.
• Manufacturing, industrial, laboratory, or shop-floor IT experience.
• Networking fundamentals including switching, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
• CompTIA, Microsoft MD-102, or AZ-104 certifications.
