Senior IT Support Analyst I (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, United States. The role supports hirify.global's Stennis office, launch operations, and production areas. For U.S. offices, candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees, or otherwise eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations under ITAR.

What you will do

• Deliver day-to-day IT services and manage incident, request, problem, change, and project tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve complex client, server, and network issues independently, then create supporting runbooks.
• Own onsite IT infrastructure, including desktops, servers, networking, and related documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site staff, engineers, technicians, and launch operations.
• Lead medium-to-complex IT projects from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, coordination, and operational support.
• Collaborate with IT Client Services, Infrastructure, Launch, site leadership, engineering, and technician teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems, or infrastructure roles, with a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience working with limited onsite supervision and applying service delivery frameworks such as ITIL.
• Strong capability across at least three areas including Windows and Linux, hardware, networking, scripting and automation, Active Directory and Group Policy, or monitoring and observability.
• Experience owning medium-to-complex IT projects across all delivery phases.
• Familiarity with common AI platforms, effective prompt writing, evaluation of AI-generated outputs, and identifying AI-driven service improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or network vendor certifications.
• Azure, AWS, O365, virtualization, IaaS, IaC, Ansible, or Terraform experience.
• Industrial or OT environments, surveillance and NVR platforms, media streaming, or radio and voice communications experience.
• Telemetry, time-series or test-data pipelines, security and compliance frameworks, or aerospace and semiconductor industry experience.
