Business Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Hybrid role with onsite attendance Tuesday–Thursday in Maple Plain, Minnesota, United States.

Salary: $89,500–$102,300 per year.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze requirements for global finance processes and software changes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and stronger system capabilities.
• Plan and implement financial system applications, ERP upgrades, and migrations.
• Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics AX in line with best practices.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive process and software solutions.
• Document new functionality, train users, support audits, and review system access changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting a commercial business using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 or D365 F&O/SCM.
• Experience implementing and maintaining AX intercompany and direct delivery functionality.
• Experience with BI tools and SQL queries for data analysis and ad hoc reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and senior leaders.
• Due to ITAR regulations, candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or foreign nationals with refugee or asylee status. Temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Data migration experience.
• Knowledge of production support, incident, and defect management.
