CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States. The role is a full-time contractor based in the United States, with travel up to 10% and in-person onboarding at the Tampa office.

What you will do

• Advise client stakeholders and translate business needs into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights - Journeys.
• Design Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to automate business processes.
• Design and support integrations, data migration, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, demonstrations, proposals, and pre-sales solutioning.

Requirements

• Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, Customer Service, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, automation, integrations, data migration, and Dynamics system configuration.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting role with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Agents, Power BI, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or AI capabilities.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 on-premise to online migrations.
• Previous pre-sales or solutioning experience.
• Active U.S. security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
