Microsoft Customer Engagement Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Minneapolis, United States; ability to travel is required.

Salary: $68,640–$81,900 annually.

What you will do

• Participate in full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 software implementations.
• Gather client requirements and perform business analyst activities.
• Create design documentation and configure application solutions.
• Validate solutions with clients and assist with customer training.
• Provide ongoing support and collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Participate in Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep iterative methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, MIS, accounting, marketing, supply chain, computer science, or a related business field.
• Ability to travel.
• Strong organizational, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
