Product Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role based in Liège, Belgium or Birkirkara, Malta; remote work is possible for up to 50% of working time.

What you will do

• Contribute to the casino strategy using player insights, game performance data, market benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
• Identify and prioritize friction points across the end-to-end player journey.
• Lead discovery for Casino RGS and game features by defining problems, forming hypotheses, and validating solutions.
• Own and prioritize the Casino RGS and game catalog backlog in alignment with the Game Studio roadmap.
• Translate validated problems into product requirements, success criteria, and measurable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, stakeholders, and the Game Studio to deliver, measure, and continuously improve solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in online casino, iGaming, or another regulated digital industry.
• Strong product discovery mindset with the ability to turn player needs and insights into clear product outcomes.
• Experience using data, experimentation, and learning loops to prioritize and optimize product performance.
• Ability to manage a Casino RGS and game catalog backlog and coordinate with release cycles.
• Ability to balance business impact, user value, technical constraints, and gambling regulations.
• Fluent English required.
