Location: Based at the headquarters in Malta

is an online gaming operator with around 1,700 employees across seven offices, including approximately 900 employees at its Malta headquarters.
What you will do
- Lead multiple product streams focused primarily on player experience and product platforms.
- Oversee product roadmaps and align priorities with company objectives and product strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multiple product teams and future product leaders.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process using effective product management practices, data, and analytics.
- Work with the CTO, CPO, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product plans.
- Define and track product metrics and KPIs while representing customer needs in product decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive product management experience with a proven record of delivering products from concept to launch.
- Strong leadership experience building, motivating, and coaching high-performing product teams.
- Considerable product leadership experience with online gaming operators.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and product planning skills.
- Deep knowledge of product management practices, methodologies, tools, and data-driven product development.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML-driven products and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of casino and sports betting products.
- Experience working with remote or geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
