Product Director, Programmable Voice (AI)

What you will do

• Define, build, launch, and scale the L4 Programmable Voice product for SMBs, mid-market customers, voice-AI startups, and developer buyers.
• Lead and develop product managers across discovery, launch, and scale-up stages while establishing a customer-evidence and accountability-driven product culture.
• Own the global product strategy, roadmap, architecture decisions, budgets, KPIs, and build-versus-buy choices for the greenfield OSS/BSS stack.
• Design usage-based pricing and packaging for voice, AI voice agents, DID numbers, branded calling, and future platform subscriptions.
• Build self-serve distribution through portals, dashboards, SDKs, and developer tooling, sequencing launches across Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
• Develop partnerships with conversational-AI, voice, identity, fraud, network, and LLM providers while coordinating with engineering, GTM, legal, finance, regulators, BICS, Konera, and Telesign.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven product leadership experience in CPaaS, UCaaS/CCaaS, voice, API platforms, or telecommunications.
• Experience taking products from zero to one in greenfield or incubation environments and scaling them internationally.
• Experience with self-serve, product-led, and SDK-led distribution for SMB, startup, and developer customers.
• Strong background in API strategy, packaging, pricing, monetisation, business cases, margin management, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of PSTN, SIP trunking, DID numbering, call control, real-time media streaming, telco APIs, branded calling, STIR/SHAKEN, voice agents, orchestration platforms, and LLM runtimes.
