Head of Product Development (Mobility)

What you will do

• Lead the European Mobility product organization and manage, mentor, and develop a distributed team of 16 product professionals, including Product Managers, Product Owners, UI/UX specialists, and Technical Writers.
• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Mobility solutions across eight European countries.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from market analysis and requirements definition through go-to-market enablement and deprecation.
• Manage portfolio budgets, product KPIs, revenue forecasts, and overall product financial health.
• Work with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure operational readiness for product releases.
• Represent customer and market needs across European fleet management, telematics, logistics, and mobility markets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Experience in transportation, telematics, fleet management, logistics, mobility software, or multi-layered SaaS and hardware environments.
• Experience with leadership teams, multi-country roadmaps, product budgets, business metrics, and OKRs.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, SaaS models, web and mobile applications, hardware integration, and telco constraints.
• Fluent English is mandatory. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience is required.

• Good understanding of Dutch and/or French.
