Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote in Europe Time Zones, Portugal, Serbia, or Spain

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities and translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Design analytical dashboards and data-heavy workflows that help users understand complex information quickly.
• Own small features from ideation and prototyping through handoff to engineering.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions and improve product adoption.
• Maintain and evolve the design system while using analytics and feedback to guide iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS or analytical products.
• Strong product sense and the ability to understand business goals, product context, and user needs.
• Hands-on experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or data-heavy interfaces.
• Ability to take small features from concept to release.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams and understanding of UX patterns for web and mobile products.
