Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote-first; candidates must reside in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Ukraine

Salary: €4,000–€6,500 gross per month, depending on experience

hirify.global is a Miami-headquartered product company building Kimchi, a B2B coding platform with AI coding agents, an inference layer, spend controls, and developer tools.

What you will do

• Own product design end to end across the CLI, desktop app, inference and spend console, and developer tooling.
• Plan, conduct, synthesize, and apply independent user research to influence product direction.
• Prototype ideas directly in code using AI-assisted development workflows.
• Contribute a clear point of view to product strategy using product usage, research evidence, and competitor awareness.
• Participate in cross-squad design reviews and help maintain quality across the Kimchi product.
• Track design debt and advocate for addressing urgent risks and user feedback.

Requirements

• Senior-level portfolio or case study covering developer tools, AI/LLM products, coding agents, or technical data-heavy SaaS platforms.
• End-to-end user research ownership with the ability to turn findings into product decisions.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and willingness to work directly in the codebase.
• Experience designing for technical users and discussing APIs, architecture, and system constraints with engineers.
• Strong written and asynchronous communication skills, with the ability to make and defend decisions under ambiguity.
• No visa sponsorship or work permit support is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience designing CLI or terminal-based interfaces.
• Familiarity with desktop app design.
• Experience presenting design and research findings to executive stakeholders.
