Pool Field Service Tech

Location: Miami, Florida, United States of America; ideal candidate in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. On-site field service with travel required. Working hours are 8:00am–5:00pm EST, with flexibility and overtime as needed.

Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Pay may increase after required training and demonstrated proficiency.

What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support and repair pool pumps, filters, heaters, and automation controls.
• Diagnose equipment and system issues and deliver timely solutions for pool builders and servicers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
• Provide technical guidance to pool professionals and coordinate training with Sales and the National Training team.
• Maintain detailed service records and reports for each job.
• Follow safety standards and protocols during all support interactions.

Requirements

• Experience repairing pool equipment or working in a related field such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Availability for EST working hours and on-site work in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
