hirify.global Infrastructure Services Limited is supporting the Taylor Woodrow / hirify.global JV on the Washwood Heath depot project for HS2.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and control detailed project schedules and critical path analyses for infrastructure projects.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and integrated project plans.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules, identify variances, and create recovery plans.
• Assess schedule and resource risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support the risk team.
• Prepare planning reports, forecasts, and schedule analyses for senior management and clients.
• Lead planning meetings, mentor junior planners, and contribute to improvements in planning processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive project planning and scheduling experience in the infrastructure sector.
• Expert proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning software.
• Strong knowledge of critical path methodology, earned value management, and project control techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Leadership experience, mentoring capability, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or professional certification such as PMP or PSP.
