Project Manager (Marine Inspection and Monitoring)

Location: Aberdeen, United Kingdom; hybrid working with the potential to work two days per week from home, subject to manager approval and corporate policies.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Inspection, Repair and Maintenance projects from tender handover through mobilisation, execution and close-out.
• Act as the senior client representative, leading engagement, managing expectations and resolving project issues.
• Lead project teams and technical specialists while coordinating equipment, methodologies and operational resources.
• Manage QHSSE, commercial, contractual, technical and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own project P&L, forecasting, cost control, cash flow, invoicing, margin protection and scope variations.
• Apply project governance and controls, monitor performance, implement corrective actions and capture lessons learned.

Requirements

• Extensive Project Manager experience with full lifecycle ownership of technically complex projects.
• Background in construction support, positioning, marine, offshore or similar operational environments.
• Experience managing project P&L, commercial risk, cost control and financial performance.
• Proven ability to manage QHSSE, contractual, technical and operational risks.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with the ability to work autonomously under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word and Microsoft Project; experience with structured governance frameworks and a recognised qualification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ or PMP.
