Project Management Office Degree Apprenticeship (Aerospace)

hirify.global develops aerospace and space programmes and works with customers including the UK Ministry of Defence and the European Space Agency.

What you will do

• Support the PMO and project managers with project management tools, methodologies, templates, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain and tailor project management processes and software tools for business and information management systems.
• Support the implementation of project and risk management best practices.
• Maintain project plans, issue and change logs, risk and opportunity registers, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Assist with delivery improvement workstreams and project management digitalisation.

Requirements

• Eligibility: minimum two A levels at grade C or above.
• GCSE grade C/4 or above in Mathematics and English Language.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google software.
• Current legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom for the full four-year programme.
• Eligibility for levy funding and successful completion of BPSS screening; UK SC clearance or export control approval may also be required.

Nice to have

• Experience using databases.
• Projects, hobbies, academic work, or extracurricular experience demonstrating relevant practical skills.
