Senior Scheduler

hirify.global is hiring for a project planning and scheduling role supporting client project delivery.

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering scope, milestones, timelines, and critical path activities.
• Define responsibilities and ownership through Work Breakdown Structure methodology.
• Maintain integrated schedules, establish baselines, manage updates, and resource-load schedules.
• Coordinate timelines and project interdependencies with key partners.
• Analyze and report schedule progress, review external schedules, and prepare scheduling procedures.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions, support risk analysis, and mentor the scheduling team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience on life sciences or mission critical projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction-related discipline.
• Experience working with Primavera P6 software.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Availability for a hybrid role in London, England, UK.
