What you will do

• Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Support employee relations cases involving absence, performance, conduct, and wellbeing.
• Manage HR queries and contribute to a positive employee experience.
• Support employee benefits administration, annual benefits activities, wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities, and HR projects.
• Build trusted relationships across the business and develop the ability to coach and influence managers.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent practical HR experience.
• Experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, People Administrator, or Junior HR Advisor.
• Interest in employee relations and HR advisory work.
• Strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.
• Motivation to learn, take ownership, and build a long-term HR career.
