What you will do
- Lead track delivery teams during planned on-site railway works.
- Conduct daily and nightly site briefings covering operational and safety risks.
- Supervise delivery against planned volumes, remits, and designs.
- Identify and manage hazards across the railway network and implement preventative measures.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and follow reporting and on-call procedures.
- Liaise with clients during the planning, delivery, and closeout of works.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Slabtrack maintenance and repair.
- Experience with track renewals, including plain line and switches and crossings works.
- Strong communication, leadership, team management, and prioritization skills.
- SSSTS competency and first-aid certification.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, according to project schedules.
