Site Manager (Water Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage daily site operations for water and wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
• Coordinate engineers, planners, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities to deliver project milestones.
• Lead site personnel, conduct inductions and toolbox talks, and enforce health and safety procedures.
• Monitor workmanship and materials, maintain site records, and report progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience, preferably in water projects.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure or non-infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office, plus the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• CSCS Card.
• First Aid Certification.
• EUSR Blue Water Hygiene Card.
• Temporary Works Supervisor or Coordinator and Confined Space Training certifications.
