Senior Quality Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and drive design-for-quality plans for new and existing products.
• Lead quality strategy across cross-functional teams developing complex multidisciplinary designs.
• Strengthen issue intake, lead failure analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate Failure Review Board meetings, communicate findings, and drive actions to closure.
• Conduct FMEA sessions, analyze process performance, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
• Plan internal assessments and prepare for external ISO 9001 audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, manufacturing, industrial, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum four years of relevant work experience; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies, statistical process control, and design of experiments.
• Hands-on experience with FMEA, measurement system analysis, and control plans.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit preparation.
• Must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before beginning work.

Nice to have

• Internal audit certification.
• Data analysis and reporting experience with Python, Minitab, or Power BI.
• Lean and Six Sigma project leadership experience, with Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
