Quality & Reliability Systems Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, apply, revise, maintain, and test quality and reliability standards aligned with customer expectations.
• Design and implement inspection, testing, and product quality and reliability evaluation methods.
• Develop and execute quality and reliability test plans, perform failure analysis, FMECA, CRAMS, PQP, reliability modeling, and ERAMS activities.
• Gather and evaluate operational and test data and prepare testing documentation.
• Develop methods, parameters, project methodologies, and project proposals for quality and reliability programs.
• Coach, mentor, and train organizations on quality and reliability processes.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in quality and reliability engineering with the ability to broaden technical capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to assigned work.
• Ability to solve straightforward technical problems using experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, and travel approximately 20% of the time.
