Quality Specialist

What you will do

• Conduct project risk assessments and plan, execute, and monitor quality management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define quality requirements aligned with hirify.global standards, project objectives, ISO standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform internal and supplier audits, prepare reports, track corrective actions, and support supplier quality strategies.
• Manage non-conformity activities including detection, containment, root cause analysis, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Project Managers to integrate quality into schedules, budgets, and scope baselines, and provide dashboards on risks, non-conformities, supplier quality, and tollgates.
• Deliver quality training, mentor project teams, and analyze performance data to identify trends and process optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Quality Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Field Service, Construction, or Industrial Operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, audit methodologies, root cause analysis, CAPA, risk management, and quality improvement methods.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SharePoint, and quality management tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization; willingness to travel up to 20% is required.
