What you will do

• Lead the business process owners for lead-to-order, order-to-cash, and issue-to-resolution across scope, quality, timelines, risks, and business readiness.
• Define and own the commercial process architecture and target operating model for an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Drive fit-to-standard and clean-core principles, justify deviations, and harmonise global templates with local business variants.
• Own commercial master data, business testing, end-to-end integration testing, UAT, KPIs, cutover readiness, and go-live decisions.
• Lead adoption activities including roles and authorisations, training, key-user networks, procedures, communications, hypercare, and transition to permanent process owners.
• Coach stream process owners and secure decisions from senior commercial and service stakeholders.

Requirements

• Profound experience in commercial functions within an international company, ideally in an industrial business.
• At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA or major SAP ERP implementation in a business process owner, lead, or design role; greenfield experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership of process owners or functional leads across several value streams, including without direct line authority.
• Experience with global template rollouts and harmonisation across countries or business units.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of lead-to-order, order-to-cash, and issue-to-resolution, including pricing, contracts, credit management, revenue recognition, returns, and service management.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales, Billing, Credit and Receivables Management, Service, Salesforce, CPQ, field service solutions, master data governance, testing, and cutover planning.
