What you will do

• Support business analysis activities across the Financial Risk Tribe and ALM Core team.
• Clarify, structure, and document business requirements, decisions, action points, and change impacts.
• Support plannhirify.global and coordination by trackhirify.global progress, preparhirify.global overviews, and identifyhirify.global impediments.
• Work with colleagues across data hirify.globalestion, QRM processhirify.global, modellhirify.global, reporthirify.global, Finance, Financial Risk, Treasury, Technology, and Data Management.
• Learn how data flows into QRM and supports risk calculations, analysis, and regulatory reporthirify.global.
• Translate business questions, findhirify.globals, and requirements into practical delivery input for IT and technology teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Risk, Engineerhirify.global, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of professional experience in a related domain.
• Interest in financial risk, bankhirify.global, regulation, technology, and complex business processes.
• Foundational analytical skills and willhirify.globalness to develop in Excel, SQL, and data analysis.
• Experience with or strong interest in project coordination, plannhirify.global, and stakeholder management.
• Good written and spoken English, with a structured, accurate, collaborative, and problem-solvhirify.global approach.
