Business Analyst Level 1 (SAP)

Location: Primarily based at Schiphol-Oost, Netherlands; working from home is available where the position allows, with working abroad for up to 8 weeks within the EU and Caribbean.

What you will do

• Bridge operational needs and IT delivery within the Component Services & Supply Chain domain.
• Analyze logistics, availability, and Maintenance Repair Organization processes and investigate root causes of functional issues.
• Translate business needs and use cases into clear requirements for product teams.
• Support Product Owners and IT teams with product development, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Guide testing, implementation, change management, and user adoption of new functionality.
• Safeguard alignment with data, authorization, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Relevant experience in IT, Digital & Data, business analysis, or information management.
• Demonstrable experience with SAP.
• Experience analyzing and modeling business processes.
• Knowledge of or affinity with logistics, availability, and MRO processes.
• Structured problem analysis, clear communication, cross-functional awareness, independence, and proactivity.
