TL;DR
ERP Deployment Manager (Interim) (ERP): Leading the deployment of an ERP consolidation program across business functions with an accent on process integration, testing, training, data migration, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on managing governance, cutover readiness, go-live stabilization, and complex dependencies across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, IT, and PMO.
Location: Trieste, Italy; workplace arrangements may be hybrid, remote, or onsite.

What you will do
- Lead the ERP deployment workstream within the Isonzo Program and maintain alignment with the master plan.
- Manage ERP governance, reporting, decision-making, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Lead process mapping, gap assessments, and integration activities across multiple business functions.
- Develop and coordinate functional, integrated process, user acceptance, and business scenario testing.
- Plan training, business readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate data migration validation and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, IT, PMO, and external consultants.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP deployments, implementations, and migration programs.
- Strong ERP process integration experience across multiple business functions.
- Experience managing testing, UAT, training, cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Strong program and project management, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Availability on short notice for a 4–6-month engagement with a minimum commitment of 2–3 days per week.
- Native Italian language skills required.
Nice to have
- Experience with GEA/AS400 environments.
- Experience in manufacturing and industrial operations.
- English language proficiency.
