What you will do

• Handle cash collection, accounting reconciliations, and KPI monitoring with analytical focus for decision-making.
• Execute treasury operations, bank accounting, and payment processes ensuring precision and on-time delivery.
• Manage banking documentation within KYC and AML frameworks for regulatory compliance.
• Drive process efficiency through treasury initiatives, new product implementation, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support end-to-end processes and company objectives.

Requirements

• Located in Milano for onsite full-time work.
• Education in finance, economics, or comparable field (diploma or bachelor’s).
• Solid experience in treasury and banking processes including cash management, payments, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for data analysis and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with treasury systems like SAP, Inbiz, or similar.
• Strong English proficiency for clear communication in an international environment.
• Ability to take ownership, collaborate effectively, and deliver results.
