Treasury Specialist

Location: Milano, Italy; permanent, full-time position

Salary: €36,000–€46,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage cash collection, accounting reconciliations, and monthly KPI monitoring.
• Execute treasury operations, bank accounting, and payment processes with accurate and timely delivery.
• Collect, maintain, and update banking documentation within KYC and AML frameworks.
• Contribute to treasury projects, product implementation, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance, banking, and internal stakeholders to support reliable decision-making and business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a comparable field.
• Solid experience with treasury and banking processes, including cash management, payments, reconciliations, and recurring treasury activities.
• Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with treasury systems and banking platforms such as SAP, Inbiz, or comparable systems.
• Strong English proficiency required for collaboration in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Tagetik, FIS, Neta, or Salesforce CRM.
• Openness to learning new tools and digital solutions.
