Fund Operations Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Manage fund valuation, month-end processes, investor reporting, tokenised fund pricing, administrator oversight, and audit coordination.
• Improve fund operations through tooling, automation, data quality controls, reconciliations, and valuation governance.
• Oversee reporting integrations involving smart contracts and on-chain data transparency.
• Support fund and strategy launches, portfolio infrastructure changes, counterparty due diligence, and relationships with exchanges and smart wallet providers.
• Maintain operational risk frameworks, risk controls, third-party assessments, incident reporting, and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee investor onboarding, AML/KYC coordination, subscription and redemption flows, financial reporting, liquidity management, invoicing, and sales commission tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience across crypto, traditional finance, and/or fintech, including at least 2 years in investment fund operations or fund administration.
• Experience managing change and converting operational problems into solutions and execution.
• Strong organisation, ownership, accountability, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities.
• Structured, process-driven, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach.
