Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation (AI/Automation): Leading AI-driven projects, proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and automation initiatives from business needs through scalable implementation with an accent on prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, and measurable business value. Focus on shaping the Business Assurance AI roadmap, validating solutions through experimentation, and coordinating delivery across IT, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders.
Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid/remote model

What you will do
- Lead AI, automation, innovation, proof-of-concept, minimum viable product, pilot, and digital transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
- Work hands-on with generative AI tools by developing, testing, and refining prompts for business use cases.
- Translate operational and commercial challenges into practical AI workflows, experiments, prototypes, and scalable solutions.
- Manage project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risks, success measures, and adoption plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical contributors, business stakeholders, and external partners across geographies.
- Support the Business Assurance AI roadmap by identifying opportunities, sequencing initiatives, and enabling responsible AI adoption.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related field.
- Proven delivery of technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation.
- Practical experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing, and refining prompts for business applications.
- Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills in global, matrix organisations.
- Fluency in English and the local language is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification or Business Assurance industry.
- Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases.
- Agile project delivery experience.
- Spanish language skills.
