What you will do

• Monitor credit management performance, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver results through data-driven analysis.
• Coordinate external collection agencies and align activities to support effective customer outcomes.
• Develop and implement credit management procedures, digitalization initiatives, and innovative end-to-end collection processes.
• Gather and analyze operational data, prepare business cases, and provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Manage and reconcile incoming payments across multiple channels and commodities, improving accuracy and automation.
• Oversee collection operations, SLA adherence, regulatory compliance, and departmental KPI performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience in credit management, debt collection, customer processes, and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of debt collection regulations, including TIMG and TIMOE requirements.
• Experience with Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SQL, Net@, SAP, Salesforce, and credit management systems.
• Good written and spoken English for communication in an international business environment.
