Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Europe; fully remote with a work-from-anywhere arrangement. An annual in-person team gathering is expected.

Salary: €50,000–€85,000 gross annual base salary, depending on role level, scope, location, and market data.

What you will do

• Source and engage exceptional passive candidates from major global technology hubs and companies.
• Support an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels.
• Build long-term relationships with global talent and manage the candidate journey from discovery call through closing.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, and provide concise hiring recommendations.
• Partner with founders and team leads to improve hiring workflows and recruitment operations as the company scales.
• Contribute to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, and talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including 2 or more years in technology recruitment.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Experience sourcing talent globally across regions such as the USA, EU, and LATAM.
• Perfectly fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ownership, goal orientation, a hands-on mindset, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
• Comfort hiring for products based on uncensored models and content.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI industry.
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition initiatives.
