Talent and People Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Westwood, Massachusetts headquarters, remote within the United States, or a mix of headquarters and remote work.

Salary: $75,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define interview and screening criteria that assess adaptability, learning agility, and practical AI fluency.
• Manage Greenhouse and related recruiting tools, maintaining accurate requisitions, pipelines, and candidate data.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation with IT and other teams to ensure access to systems and AI tools from day one.
• Build and automate repetitive People Ops workflows, support AI fluency programs, maintain HR systems, and administer engagement surveys.
• Support employee communications, in-person events, and changing People Ops priorities as recruiting volume shifts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of combined recruiting and HR experience, including independent full-cycle recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple open searches, shifting priorities, and detailed documentation without losing accuracy.
• Hands-on experience managing an applicant tracking system and maintaining organized candidate data.
• Daily use of AI tools and the ability to assess candidates' practical AI fluency and adaptability.
• Experience building or configuring workflows, automations, or AI agents that reduce manual work.
• Discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information and a strong focus on candidate and new hire experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse or hirify.global hiring products.
• Experience incorporating AI-literacy criteria into interview loops or scorecards.
• Experience with Zapier, Claude, custom GPTs, or similar automation and agent-building tools.
• Experience supporting AI adoption, change management, or recruiting in a fast-growing, resource-constrained environment.
• Familiarity with HR compliance basics.
