hirify.global is building a connected restaurant management system that integrates sales, reservations, kitchen preparation, payments, and operational data for hospitality businesses.

What you will do

• Configure and improve HubSpot workflows, properties, integrations, reporting, and merchant lifecycle processes.
• Connect meeting summaries, prospect enrichment, backend data, and warehouse data to HubSpot and Vitally.
• Improve data quality, merchant definitions, record synchronization, and commercial metrics across systems.
• Build scoring, playbooks, templates, alerts, and workflows for Account Management and Onboarding teams.
• Develop reporting for pipeline movement, onboarding progress, and expansion opportunities.
• Write SQL and work with BigQuery and Dataform in partnership with the Data team.

Requirements

• Around five or more years of relevant experience in RevOps, GTM systems, sales operations, customer operations, or a related systems role.
• Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, custom properties, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience connecting systems and designing automation for daily operational use.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses and data transformation tools.
• Experience supporting Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success teams across the customer lifecycle.
• Ability to map complex processes, identify root problems, build practical solutions, and support user adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vitally, Intercom, Customer.io, Gong, or similar AI enablement platforms.
• Experience with BigQuery, Dataform, Metabase, or comparable analytics tools.
• B2B SaaS experience in a growing company where systems and processes are still being built.
• Familiarity with hospitality technology, POS, payments, or merchant services.
• Experience applying AI to operational workflows while maintaining data quality and human review.
