Logistics Manager 1 (Autonomous Trucking)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; onsite work supporting a terminal, yard, garage, and field operations, including occasional outdoor work in inclement weather.

Hiring range: $92,100–$110,500 USD per year, plus potential bonus, stock options, and other compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee logistics and support planning and daily operations for an autonomous trucking facility.
• Coordinate with operations, fleet management, finance, engineering, safety, legal, project teams, vendors, drivers, and other partners.
• Develop operational plans, procurement requests, task lists, KPIs, procedures, and tools for efficient field operations.
• Manage fleet assets, inventory, maintenance records, invoices, inspections, parts, equipment, fuel logs, and related databases.
• Ensure regulatory and DOT compliance, review fleet expenses, assist with accident investigations, and reduce operational risks and downtime.
• Monitor weather, road conditions, closures, traffic, and accidents, communicating risks and operational updates to relevant leaders and staff.

Requirements

• Valid United States driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Experience with terminal and yard operations.
• Safety-focused approach and ability to maintain compliance and accurate records.
• Ability to work around garages and other operational areas using required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work occasionally outdoors in inclement weather and temperature extremes and lift or carry up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to manage a small function or department, collaborate across teams, and support staff development.

• Experience with Freightwave or Motive.
• Experience with scheduling.
• Interest in learning engineering or technology.
