North America Regional Transportation Manager (Logistics)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $93,400–$143,800 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Support the deployment of hirify.global’s new Transportation Management System in partnership with RMS, including configuration, testing, and integration.
• Design and scale the North American full truckload, intermodal, less-than-truckload, and specialized delivery network.
• Manage relationships and performance across major carriers and white-glove delivery providers.
• Lead the integration of regional LTL carriers into the Greenfield initiative transitioning from 21 distribution centers to 3 mega hubs.
• Own carrier negotiations and collaborate with Procurement on cost and service improvements.
• Track Total Customer Experience metrics, identify service-failure root causes, and report improvement plans to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong carrier management and contract negotiation experience.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and experience managing operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• On-site position in Spring, Texas, United States of America.
• Availability for approximately 25% travel.
