Sr. Consulting Project Manager

Location: Colorado, USA — remote. The role remotely joins a team based in the United States and may require in-person onboarding or identity verification.

Salary: $77,000–$137,940 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers depend on experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.

What you will do

• Manage multiple medium to large consulting transformation projects and programs for hirify.global customers.
• Lead data migration, software development, and software training projects from execution through completion.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, account stakeholders, and project contributors.
• Develop project plans, schedules, reporting processes, and project control tools.
• Analyze project plans and risks, then develop mitigation strategies to protect cost and schedule targets.
• Support proposals, scopes of work, delivery estimates, resource planning, and client relationship management.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of project management experience, ideally in professional services or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• PMP, PMI, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading teams and delivering projects into production within cost and schedule constraints.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical experts, sales, subject matter experts, and project managers.
• Ability to write and review scopes of work and project documentation, prepare presentations, and demonstrate coaching and leadership skills.
