Senior Project Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Virtual, United States; travel up to 10%

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex external customer implementations and deliver contracted project outcomes on schedule.
• Forecast project go-live dates, meet completion targets, and escalate issues that may affect delivery.
• Set and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders around scope, deliverables, timelines, status, risks, and issues.
• Establish, maintain, and communicate project plans while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and issues, coordinate resolution resources, and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Provide weekly status reports and facilitate smooth transitions between teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, operate with minimal supervision, and manage multiple projects in a matrix environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Ability to work virtually from the United States and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Change management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, revenue management, information technology, or consulting.
• Epic experience.
