Senior Analyst, Payments (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $73,900–$118,100 annually in specified states; $70,200–$112,200 annually in other specified states. Equity awards may also be offered.

What you will do

• Oversee billing and payment projects across hirify.global’s enterprise billing workflows in Zuora.
• Expand billing and payment reporting using AI tools and identify opportunities for workflow automation.
• Optimize card and ACH acceptance performance while reducing processing costs.
• Manage payment-related incident response and mitigation to maintain operational continuity.
• Gather requirements, design functional specifications, review custom solutions, and lead UAT and deployment activities.
• Maintain Zuora configurations and integrations with ERP systems, customer-facing platforms, and downstream processing partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology companies, finance, eCommerce, subscriptions, operational support, accounting, corporate finance, or billing and payments.
• Experience with enterprise ERP or billing systems such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of PCI, NACHA, and SOX compliance, audit requirements, and controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, AI tools, and collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams.
