Finance Operations Manager (Payments & Digital Assets)

Digital entertainment company operating a portfolio of gaming, entertainment, media and game studio brands across London, Gibraltar and Miami.

What you will do

• Maintain daily fiat and crypto cash positions across multiple group entities and prepare rolling liquidity forecasts.
• Execute intercompany funding movements, FX conversions and treasury wallet sweeps.
• Manage custodial and Web3 wallet balances, monitor blockchain settlement flows, and resolve stuck or failed transactions.
• Manage relationships with acquiring banks, payment service providers and crypto payment processors while overseeing withdrawals, affiliate payments and supplier payouts.
• Reconcile payment provider reports with internal ledgers and support Accounts Payable, month-end close and audit requests.
• Build treasury dashboards, improve wallet and transaction controls, and automate reconciliation, balance reporting and sweep scheduling.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in treasury, finance operations or payments.
• Strong understanding of blockchain settlement mechanics and experience managing multi-currency, multi-entity cash positions.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for cash modelling and confidence using or building treasury dashboards.
• Understanding of AML obligations in payments or gaming environments.
• Strong attention to detail, systematic reconciliation skills and the ability to prioritise competing operational demands.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes or other regulated gaming environments.
• Hands-on experience with Fireblocks or familiarity with iplicit.
• Scripting or automation experience with Apps Script, Python or SQL.
• Knowledge of MiCA or UK and EU crypto regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with affiliate or B2B settlement programmes and regular use of AI tools.
