Senior Human Resources Manager, Drivetrain

Location: East Peoria, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates. Global travel may reach 15%. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $172,630–$258,950 per year, plus potential annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Advise the Integrated Drivetrain Vice President, General Manager, and leadership team on organizational culture, employee relations, and people priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, critical-skill identification, succession planning, and footprint management for the Drivetrain organization.
• Direct strategic HR initiatives covering culture, engagement, talent pipelines, retention, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach leaders and managers on performance management, compensation, benefits, policies, employee relations, and organizational change.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to develop recommendations for senior management.
• Lead HR professionals and collaborate with global HR partners, Centers of Excellence, labor relations, talent management, and communications teams.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Manager supporting global manufacturing, engineering, or product development organizations.
• Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals.
• Experience with workforce analysis, reporting, and presenting complex themes to audiences at different organizational levels.
• Strong business acumen, global perspective, leadership, influencing, decision-making, and HR consulting skills.
• Knowledge of talent management, including attracting, recruiting, retaining, identifying, and developing talent.
• Ability to work onsite in East Peoria five days per week; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
